Bowl-A-Thon-A-Rama...


Dear Triangle Penn Staters,

We hope you will join us and the other Triangle Big Ten Alumni at the first annual Big Ten Bowl-A-Thon on Friday, February 23, 2007 at the Mardi Gras Bowling Center in Durham.

We are cooperating with the Triangle Ivy League Alumni for this event, which runs from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Friday, February 23, 2007. The last day to sign-up is February 15, 2007.

We will limit Big Ten involvement to 100 people (5-6 per lane). The costs are $15 for individuals and $25 per couple, including shoe rental.

You can call the Mardi Gras Bowling Center at 919-489-1230. Come one, come all to what is sure to be a fun-filled event on the lanes.

The Outback Bowl was awesome!!!

Throughout the game, the Nittany Nation roars were heard on the field and in the stands. Mid-way through the 4th Quarter, all of the Raymond James Stadium exits were bleeding orange. The 'Volunteers exodus' was treated to a thunderous cheer of "WE ARE - PENN STATE"!
